Marketing Assistant

As Blooms Marketing Assistant. For this job we are looking for creativity, innovation, drive, and knowledge. We want to be able to teach you and you to be able to teach us. Broaden our horizons in the marketing and business development field! We want someone who knows what they’re doing but isn’t afraid and is able to learn more… because learning is fun! Bloom does Pest Control and Crawl Space work. If you’ve clicked ‘apply’ through our crawl space site, you’re in the right place! This position will be covering both pest control and crawl space work, all responsibilities and requirements are the same and under the same company.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with a growing team of marketers to plan and execute content marketing campaigns
- Exemplify Blooms values and culture
- (be comfortable working with/in) SEO, SEM, PPC
- Front end web development
- Always knowing the newest trends for marketing
- Work closely with specific Bloom crew members to ensure that all tracking is
implemented correctly and deadlines are met - Have one of the highest understandings for what Bloom is about as
a company (after all, you are the person that will be putting us out on the internet)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in marketing or front end web development
- Creative – You must be able to demonstrate the ability to think innovatively … to be able
to connect the dots when everyone else can’t - Extremely high written and oral skills
- Self-aware – this job requires you to be able to keep track of yourself. You have to be
self-motivated, task oriented. If changes occur, you have to be on it and still be able to get things done - High integrity – have a sound judgement, and will question actions inconsistent with company values
- Team player
- Drivers license and insurance (all valid)
- Ridiculously awesome at communication – You have to be able to organize, summarize, clarify and
communicate your ideas simply, sufficiently and accurately. Quick on your toes and
responds quickly to questions and issues. - Able to say it like it is, beating around the bush takes time we don’t have to waste. Get to the point
attitude.
